UBMD Primary Care is one of 16 medical practices in UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in Western New York. Our physicians are family medicine providers, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine to treat patients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians are also faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, teaching the next generation of physicians. PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - DOWNTOWN BUFFALO
UBMD Primary Care seeking two (2) Patient Services Representative (PSR) to work at our busy outpatient clinic located at the Conventus Medical Building (1001 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203). Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm with ability to work one (1) Thursday evening (12:30 pm-8:30 pm) per month on rotation with the other PSRs. Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. 1-2 years' experience in medical office required, EMR and Healthenet experience required, general office skills (faxing, copying, etc.) required.
Pay range is $17.00-$18.00/hour. Full-time 37.5 hours/week. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screen. AA/EOE
QUALITY SPECIALIST
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a Quality Specialist to support practice improvements, boosts patient, provider, and team satisfaction while enhancing efficiency. Schedule will generally be Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Remote work may be allowable based on supervisory approval, after the initial training period with the flexibility of one in-office day per week. Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Experience in primary care practice where quality improvement initiatives have been successful.
Pay range is $18.00-$21.00/hour. Full-time 37.5 hours/week. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screen. AA/EOE
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (Full-Time)
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our busy outpatient clinic in downtown Buffalo at the Conventus Medical Office Building. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in nursing, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience and triage/phone experience helpful. Candidates should also have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills required. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm and/or 9:30 am-5:30 pm. Parking is paid for downtown location. NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS!
