UBMD Primary Care is one of 16 medical practices in UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in Western New York. Our physicians are family medicine providers, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine to treat patients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians are also faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, teaching the next generation of physicians. PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - (PART-TIME)- BUFFALO, NY
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a patient‑focused Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our busy outpatient clinic at the Conventus Medical Building Downtown. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys helping patients feel supported from the moment they walk in. The schedule is generally Monday–Friday based on 30 hours per week (must be able to work Thursday evenings 12-8pm).
Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing a high call volume, performing check‑in and check‑out, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and completing daily copay reports, and providing general customer service and office support. Candidates must have excellent communication and multi‑tasking skills, 1–2 years of medical office experience, proficiency with EMR and Healthenet, and general office skills such as faxing and copying.

DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
UBMD Primary Care is hiring a full‑time Director of Behavioral Health to lead and expand integrated behavioral health services across its primary care residency sites. The role combines program development, clinical care, and resident education, including training in mental health, addiction medicine, SBIRT, and related topics.
Position also includes a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment at the University at Buffalo. Candidates must hold a behavioral‑health clinical license, have a relevant master’s degree, and bring substantial experience in integrated primary care settings, with travel required between multiple UBMD locations.
Salary range is $75k–$120k depending on credential and years of experience in field of expertise.

UBMD Primary Care is seeking a skilled and patient‑focused Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical operations at our Orchard Park outpatient clinic. NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PT-FLOAT)
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a skilled and patient‑focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services at our Tonawanda and Williamsville clinics. This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced outpatient environment and is committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
The APP will work under physician supervision and play a key role in health promotion, disease prevention, patient education, and care coordination. The schedule is PART-TIME working 3 days a week (5 clinical sessions with 1 administrative session).

LPN - ORCHARD PARK, NY
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our outpatient clinic in Orchard Park. We are looking for candidates with strong communication, organizational, multitasking and customer‑service skills, as well as experience using electronic medical records. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in nursing, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting, but new grads are encouraged to apply. This position follows a Monday - Friday schedule, with flexible start and end times during clinic hours, averaging 37.5 hours per week.

ACADEMIC SCHOLAR - CLINICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
UBMD Primary Care (aka Family Medicine) and the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences is seeking full time faculty member. UBMD Primary Care physicians are responsible for maintaining an active clinical practice at an ambulatory clinic and/or designated hospital. Responsibilities include: Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury; order, perform and interpret tests and analyze records, reports and examination information to diagnose patients’ condition(s); coordinate timely follow up of patient requests for services regarding prescription requests, referrals, diagnostic testing and appointments for sick visits; and supervise nurse practitioner(s) and/or physician assistant(s), when applicable and required. Must have active NYS medical license, valid DEA registration, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, completion of graduate medical education program and completion of residency training program.
