UBMD Primary Care is one of 16 medical practices in UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in Western New York. Our physicians are family medicine providers, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine to treat patients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians are also faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, teaching the next generation of physicians. PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - WILLIAMSVILLE, NY
UBMD Primary Care is seeking full‑time Patient Services Representatives (PSRs) for our busy outpatient clinic located at 850 Hopkins Road in Buffalo, NY. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the ability to work two to three evening shifts per month (12:30–8:30 PM) on rotation with the PSR team.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing a high call volume, performing check‑in and check‑out, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and completing daily copay reports, and providing general customer service and office support. Candidates must have excellent communication and multi‑tasking skills, 1–2 years of medical office experience, proficiency with EMR and Healthenet, and general office skills such as faxing and copying.

LPN - ORCHARD PARK (PART-TIME)
UBMD Primary Care is seeking a part‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our outpatient clinic in Orchard Park. We are looking for candidates with strong communication, organizational, multitasking and customer‑service skills, as well as experience using electronic medical records. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in nursing, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting, but new grads are encouraged to apply. This position follows a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule, with flexible start and end times during clinic hours, averaging 6–7 hours per day (18–21 hours per week).

MEDICAL ASSISTANT - DOWNTOWN BUFFALO
UBMD Primary Care seeking a part-time Medical Assistant for a busy outpatient clinic in downtown Buffalo at the Conventus Medical Office Building. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience working as an MA/MOA, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting. Candidates should also have experience in electronic medical records, excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with rotating Thursday evenings (12-8pm).
Parking is paid for downtown location.

MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT

UBMD Primary Care is seeking Medical Assistants (MA) to perform clinical duties at our outpatient clinics. Responsible for ensuring timely and efficient rooming of patients, performing clinical intake on patients by checking vitals, preparing patients for exams, procedures and/or treatments, as well as obtaining and evaluating patient's history in EMR system. Will assist with provider orders and call backs under the direction of a nurse, APP or physician. Certified Medical Assistants (CMA or CCMA) or degree preferred. May substitute a minimum of 2 years' experience in lieu of certificate/degree. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills required. EMR experience required.

ACADEMIC SCHOLAR - CLINICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
UBMD Primary Care (aka Family Medicine) and the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences is seeking full time faculty member. UBMD Primary Care physicians are responsible for maintaining an active clinical practice at an ambulatory clinic and/or designated hospital. Responsibilities include: Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury; order, perform and interpret tests and analyze records, reports and examination information to diagnose patients’ condition(s); coordinate timely follow up of patient requests for services regarding prescription requests, referrals, diagnostic testing and appointments for sick visits; and supervise nurse practitioner(s) and/or physician assistant(s), when applicable and required. Must have active NYS medical license, valid DEA registration, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, completion of graduate medical education program and completion of residency training program.
